The Assistant Sales Manager assists the Sales Manager in
managing the day-to-day operations of the retail environment.
The ASM may be
tasked with training staff, navigating customer service issues, assigning and executing tasks (such as
Web fulfillment, Sales Floor Maintenance and Visual Merchandising, tracking special orders and
reporting Sales Incentives).
The Assistant Sales Manager will function as the point of contact for the Regional Manager
and may be tasked with the roles and responsibilities of the Sales Manager in the Sales Manager’s
absence.

The Sales Associate’s primary role is to be present
on the Sales Floor and engage with customers but will occasionally have the opportunity to support other channels of the business such as Back of House, Visual Merchandising or our Webstore.

Full-time and part-time and summer student employees who wish to pursue higher education goals, either while employed at Elements Inc. or when they decide to take the next step in life and undertake additional education are eligible for awards ranging between $500 and $3,000 depending on circumstances and performance.
