Our Refugito Daypack 12L is built for the next generation of activists. Combining a kid-specific fit, trail-ready shoulder straps and back panel, and durable recycled materials, it's as happy learning about the natural world as it is exploring it. Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.
- All fabrics and static mesh are 100% recycled (stretch mesh is 84% recycled), and the pack body has a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without perfluorinated chemicals (PFCs/PFAS)
- A shorter back panel, shorter shoulder straps and a narrower profile create a perfect fit for the next generation of activist adventurers
- Cushioned back panel and shoulder harness provide all-day comfort at school or on afternoon hikes, and a sternum strap prevents the pack from slipping off narrower shoulders
- Simple drawcord and larger buckle make it easier for small hands to open and get into the pack
- Internal security pocket helps with keeping track of important items and staying organized
- Two oversized side pockets hold water bottles or other bulky odds and ends

Returns
If you need to return an item that you have purchased online, you can return the item at any of our locations in-person.
- If you would like to return the item online, simply visit the order page through your account or by clicking view order on the confirmation email
- Items for return must be unworn and still have the tags attached
- Once we receive your returned item our team will look over the item and make sure it clears inspection and a refund will be processed within a week of receiving it. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear back onto your original form of payment.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15 off of your return
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item that you have purchased online, you can exchange the item at any of our locations in-person.
- So if you would like to exchange an item please reach out to our customer service email to request the item you would like.
- The customer service team will create an exchange for you to begin the return of the original item
- Once the team receives the return the exchange item will be shipped.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
