The largest of our core daypack line, the Refugio Daypack 30L has a few more features and a slightly greater carrying capacity for heavier workloads or days when you might need gym clothes or climbing shoes. Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.
- To resist light moisture, this 26-liter pack has a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without perfluorinated chemicals (PFCs/PFAS); all fabrics are 100% recycled polyester except the stretchy mesh for the side pockets, which is an 84% recycled nylon/16% spandex blend
- Removable padded sleeve fits laptops up to 15" and has two drop-in pockets and a secure zippered pocket to hold pens, cords and other desktop items to ease transitions from work to play
- Hydration hanger, pass-through access and breathable back panel are as ready for the trail as the daily commute
- Dedicated Desk Caddy compartment, the largest main compartment in the Refugio lineup, a zip-secure top accessory pocket and an external bungee cord for lashing help keep your day organized and frequently used items close at hand

Returns
If you need to return an item that you have purchased online, you can return the item at any of our locations in-person.
- If you would like to return the item online, simply visit the order page through your account or by clicking view order on the confirmation email
- Items for return must be unworn and still have the tags attached
- Once we receive your returned item our team will look over the item and make sure it clears inspection and a refund will be processed within a week of receiving it. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear back onto your original form of payment.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15 off of your return
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item that you have purchased online, you can exchange the item at any of our locations in-person.
- So if you would like to exchange an item please reach out to our customer service email to request the item you would like.
- The customer service team will create an exchange for you to begin the return of the original item
- Once the team receives the return the exchange item will be shipped.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
