Made with durable Bridle Leather and Rugged Twill and lined with waterproof nylon. The Filson Rugged Twill Travel Kit embodies the philosophy that’s guided Filson for 125 years: Manufacture uncompromising products using the best available materials and construction. Products that withstand the rigors of daily use for years on end, that are handed down rather than tossed out. Introduced more than two decades ago, this traditional dopp kit remains a testament to the idea that if a thing is worth doing, it’s worth doing right. The Rugged Twill provides exceptional abrasion resistance. This industrial-strength fabric comes from Britain’s oldest, most storied mills, and is lightly waxed for water and stain resistance. The heavy-gauge zipper is reinforced with Bridle Leather that's strong enough for horse tack. Construction details were carefully considered, such as the waterproof coated nylon that lines the interior for added protection in case of leaking contents. Returns
If you need to return an item that you have purchased online, you can return the item at any of our locations in-person.
- If you would like to return the item online, simply visit the order page through your account or by clicking view order on the confirmation email
- Items for return must be unworn and still have the tags attached
- Once we receive your returned item our team will look over the item and make sure it clears inspection and a refund will be processed within a week of receiving it. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear back onto your original form of payment.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15 off of your return
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item that you have purchased online, you can exchange the item at any of our locations in-person.
- So if you would like to exchange an item please reach out to our customer service email to request the item you would like.
- The customer service team will create an exchange for you to begin the return of the original item
- Once the team receives the return the exchange item will be shipped.
- Return labels will be provided for a flat rate of $15

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
